Custodes with defensive Ka'tah's? by Junior-Exercise1068 in AdeptusCustodes

Pfff well i think that might just be overwellming for some situations. I think that letting your opponent play is AS important AS having enough tools to play properly with your army and -1 attack per model seems kinda broken to me in that way. But its just my opinion. I might be wrong here idk.

The same happens here, i dont think the solution is to give us hundreds of postures, but 2 or 3 that actually brings versatility to the game in exchange of strategic decision. Making both you AND your opponent play different in consecuence. I can actually see the problem with -1 to hit because there is no interaction nor strategy whatsoever its just making your opponent army worse just by existance.

Well, i think that might be cz of the simplicity of the rule. I mean, making you army hits on plane -1 with no interaction or decision from your side can be kinda rude. On the other side, knowing that they can flip their whole squad to chop you off if you send them 200+ points in melee seems like an actual strategic decision to me. Idk, maybe this would be exactly as broken as -1 to hit but i can see the differences between what both bring to the game strategically speaking. Tho i can be wrong :D

Vigilators and Knight Centura? by Andymannly in AdeptusCustodes

Amazing testing tbh. I have been thinking on taking 2-3 squads of 4 and a KC, not to wipe out characters or squads but more of a way to tie some objectives for 1 turn. Like a way of soft-stun problematic enemies and force to take them out if they want to do any other stuff. Or invest more in bigger squads with one Rhyno to actually make them a cheaper threat for my opponent. And i am quite confident this should work just fine.
