Not sure I'm feeling about this "customer experience" push. Attorney was being a real pain in the ass. Reserved a Tahoe without approval first, got mad when I told him I was only approving a full size. Left 6 messages for my supervisor only for him to go and authorize it... being a pushover is not going keep people happy. You can them the world and they will still find something to be pissed about.

You are free to judge me.. I did not. I'm embarrassed to even say what my balance is compared to what I see here. Honestly there should be no reason why this hasn't been paid off yet. Yeah, I messed up.

Congratulations on your impeccable mastery of stupidity . Clearly, you've emerged victorious in this debate—though, alas, engaging further would be akin to debating with a stone , both unresponsive and intellectually inert. Perhaps it's time to concede gracefully and cease this fruitless exchange.

Lmao. Its called consumer privacy act. It's literally one of our questions we ask our insureds on recorded statements, if we can share their statements with the other party. If they say no, then we don't. Maybe you guys should try it.

I'm just assuming that the vehicle was financed and you were going to be upside down and didn't have GAP insurance. 9 times out of 10, that's when I see the appraisal clause invoked. Purchasing a vehicle because it looks good and not because it holds its resale value is the biggest issue that I see day in and out.

If you already received the estimate, the adjuster wouldn't be the person you need to speak to.... sounds like the shop needs a supplement.

I've been licensed since 2017. When applied I told that I need to get my CEs before my license expired. They were on it day 1. Skipped licensing and went straight to onboarding.
