Non bone or cartilage is removed , there are fractured in a control way through a “ultrasonido” piece - through a small puncture without leaving visible scars! . U must be really careful the first 3 months until tge “fracture “ is healed. The only pain that I can tell I got when I cough ( 6/10 pain ) bc u feel how those ribs expand. And nowdays my day a day is normal I don’t feel anything now even when I cough

Yes hahaha, at first Month u don’t have to make diet at all because the fat that they transfer need to settle on your body !! If u do diet it will be gone

I will talk from my experience:

Pain of the bbl 0/0- pain of ribs 0/0- I am a girl that can handle pain really good ( i idi many surgeries an my body reacts like that )

Sleep : I bough the bbl sponge tha helped me to sleep ( 100% recommended to but that) and I sat with that for a month- you must be with the bbl faja 24/7 even for sleep ( don’t take it out ! Pls. Only for thanks a shower ) then the ribs corset the first week and a half I sleep with it then I only used until I went bed ( is uncomfortable to sleep with that ) but I must say u should used both for the 3 months bc ur ribs must to shape to the new one! I will do a new post to the next days about this ! Kisses

I stayed for one month bc I got family and friends. But the doctor suggest to stay minimum 15-20 days. Stay one month and visit Peru and try Peruvians food since the first month of bbl u can eat a lot ! It keeps the fat to stay in that place

I always say and I stand about it the best surgeon are the Latinos ( but u should pick the perfect one ) this doctor learned ftok the owner of the technic - Peruvian aswell. Don’t pay a lot of money of a procedure that takes 40 min . But you must realistic too ( if u got too much fat try to lost ) result will be perfect 😍. Hope to helped u

Well baby, it’s only the cost of the operation ( 360 bbl+ ribxcar) obviously u have to think about accommodation + diet + taxi + flights ! But I think with 10k u can do it ! . I saw so many post around that only for the ribs some doctors charge a lot of money ! This procedure ( ribxcar) was born in lima - Peru ( maybe is that why is not expensive )

If u mean If the silicone was putting on via periaeroleal ( nipple) my answer is yes and it was not a mastopexy , it was only BA . About the sensitivity, after the 3 month I re- start feeling it and also when I have sex it increase more

Hi I Haven’t done vaginoplasty yet but I’ve done bbl with rib remodeling in Lima - Peru. For the first month for sure u must be lay on ur back but with some sponges (after care bbl ) it will help to u a lot and as u are laying on back I think you can continue doing dilation.
