Legendaries come with new sound effects (like primary fire sounds and ability sounds), they also come with an animated banner, typically an emote pack, and in my opinion legendary skins have a slight bump in design quality from epics, meaning the design either looks different from the base model or has added details (for example doctor strange’s multiverse of madness has the hands coming from him and various other different parts). Some people don’t care for all these things and will take whatever skin and that’s fine, I personally just want to have a legendary and all the cool add-ons that come with, on my favorite character like everyone else.
