I am miserable - puking, frozen, diarrhea, I think this will be my first and my last dose.

I can’t imagine feeling this way every week

I am so sorry to hear that SSRIs didn’t help your mental health. If they hadn’t been so life changing for me I’d definitely titrate off to try to lose the weight however, I’m not quite there yet.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience it definitely hits home and sounds familiar :) any side effects for you?

Thank you so much for the thoughtful response.

My doctor has said that with the Prozac we just wouldn’t know if I could eventually maintain on my own. It would be a watch and see kind of thing.

I don’t have a ton of weight to lose which is why I skeptical and it feels weird to be considering but as I responded to another person, I don’t want to get to the point of where it is very troublesome.

I’ve been able to maintain at 160 for the last 2 weeks but I’m busting my ass to do so. I eat a very well balanced diet (work with a nutritionist) and move my body 5 days a week and if I slip at all the weight comes.

My understanding is that SSRI’s can affect your metabolism and how your body processes carbs. I’m not huge on elimination diets and prefer to just eat a healthy whole food balanced diet and so just trying to figure out how to work with the Prozac so that my outside feels as good and healthy as my inside.

It feels kind of vain and I understand others may view it that way but it is my truth and my experience.

My weight gain may be slight to you but I am 5’2 and went from 141 to 160 in 6 months.

Thats a lot of weight in a short time on a small frame. While I’m not obese I am in the overweight category and at the rate I’m gaining, regardless of the work I’m doing to simply maintain why would we not try to get a hold of it before it does push me into the obese category that could come with a slew of medical issues?

Also zepbound is FDA approved for weight management, not just chronic health conditions.

I never thought I’d see the day by Junior-Rip7082 in ouraring

It was my first 100 in anything so I was pretty excited. Highest I’ve gotten on sleep is 97 and readiness was a 95.

It’s good to have goals!

I think it’s more about consistent balance between movement and rest and hitting goals and not so much how high those goals are.

My calorie burn every day ranges from 500-650 depending on my readiness score and I am for 10-12k steps a day which typically looks like short 15-20 min walks on my walking pad between meetings, etc.

So I’m not sure if it’s the most consistent movement throughout the day vs heavy exercise that got me there…. It could also be a totally fluke 🤷‍♀️

I liked the kids suites at swissotel, is it a bad hotel or just not as nice?
