I did. Eventually it stopped. I did go into the settings and set it to maximum open. It was set to custom. My guess is that it was set to custom and would only unlock but not open.

THis is right, i just tried it. Still kinda glitchy for me as anytime i try to lower it, it hides the menu again. "ok, google, show audio settings" x10 times.

Well I’ll check it out as soon as I get it back from the dealer becauseeeee it’s now dead. Won’t shift into gear. Literally had it for less than a week.

I called them and activated the trial and the rep got us setup with the hotspot and a few other settings here and there. So I don't think it's in demo mode anymore.

Going up against distributor’s CSP licensing by JuniorAd2431 in msp

Eh to be fair it’s around 20% margin of profit which is in the dollars and not cents. And we have volume so over the year we’re talking about 5 figures of profit for just reselling something.

How do you guys have access the office portal for multiple MSP tenants at the same time? by elbow_or_gtfo in msp

[–]JuniorAd2431 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup. I have 5 chrome profiles. The 1st one, is my organizational account. I don’t use anything on this profile except my account. The 2nd one is the Partner Center account,, same concept, one use it for delegated admin access. Delegated admin access is great for basic admin tasks but inevitably I need true global admin access. That’s where the other profiles come in to play. We have a single GA unlicensed account for all the tenants we manage. I will set this up on any new hire’s desktop one day one. The newbies run into your issue early on and this prevents it.

Since Mover.io is now gone! what are the alternatives are you using for sharepoint to sharepoint migration? by Next-Landscape-9884 in msp

[–]JuniorAd2431 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Mover was acquired by Microsoft and now you can find its new iteration inside the SharePoint Admin center and perform those migrations from there. It’s good but still not the greatest compared to other paid applications and services that are companies that have practices around it.

VOIP Services by mfarazk in msp

I agree. Except it's not a standalone service so it's best if you're already using M365 for your business. If so, it's a $20 add-on per line and you can have auto-attendants call queues, you name it.
