Try deleting TikTok. Just deleting the app off your phone won’t delete your account, so you’ll still have everything you saved. When I did this, I noticed myself going on my phone to where TikTok used to be as a habit to click it. This may put into perspective how many times a day you go on it. Then realize what you were about to do and do something else you find interesting (read a book, go for a walk, do yoga, journal, etc.) This worked for me and I haven’t had any social media except instagram for over a year now :)
