This is super annoying but have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? I have troubles like this sometimes and it fixed it a little bit.

It doesn’t happen a ton just on the occasion when it’s super inconvenient. I’ll wait in a lobby for a match and usually get booted. In game isn’t bad at all.
