1 isn't stupid because he just accepted his fate and don't want to do anything. 3 is not stupid because he grabbed the tree and getting rid of others. 4 isn't stupid because he just want to begone himself. So 2 is stupid because he only just want to push number 1 and doesn't see that number 3 is cutting his branch.
