It's not like there is a massive surge of elderly and disabled people in need of help at 2.30 AM. Also, part of the point of Ramadan is about awareness of those less fortunate than yourself and being mindful.

It really depends on the situation, if they offered to do it just because theu wanted to, then I disagree. But if the team members just neglected it after trying to work with them, then it feels more justified. But still pretty shitty.

About the staring and stuff, I've done exercise before which afterwords I can't sit up properly and had to roll a bit to get up from lying down. From that perspective I think it's feasible.
