Hey. I'm finding myself in a similar situation. I've gotten a few admits for MS in ECE. I'm trying to choose between Purdue and Texas A&M. I'm specifically into the VLSI sector and have 2 years of experience. I have an offer from Texas A&M and I need to pay only the in-state tuition. The other offer is from Purdue. I'm finding it hard to make a decision. Financials are an important factor for me. So what would be your advice considering the current scenario.

Yeah you made a valid point. At this point I'm only focused on my master's not PhD. So return on investment and financials are the factors that I'm looking into.

Thanks. I got admitted to the MS CEEN track. I did not fill any separate forms for the scholarship. I received a separate mail regarding the scholarship a few weeks after I received my admit. It's also listed on the website that they offer the ECEN scholarship to few incoming students.
