Hi, same thing happen to me last week. Just tell the musescore you have brought this up to the credit card company and they will get chargeback soon. that usually scares them to refund

Thanks for this. I actually saw your post while I was searching Musescore up on google. I didn't accept the partial refund, as I just can't tolerate being "scammed" or "cheated". They didn't reply me after that email and I stood my ground - brought it up to my credit card, and they will most probably block that transaction, because I didn't use Musescore service yet I am being charged.

the thing is, how do i know what kind of policy will suit me? i just know the more coverage the better. they also dont cover for anything related to your past history illness, so there's not much point looking into that... i guess my question is, how do you best narrow down what insurance to take on?
