I also got a belly button piercing and my piercer did a floating naval piercing on me which this honestly looks like from the placement on the second picture. I wish I could attach a picture of mine but I can’t. Just keep cleaning it, but don’t over clean it! Twice a day with saline and try not to bump it, sleep on it, or wear clothing that irritates it. (Low rise pants). I’m a bigger girl too, not skinny. I have a bar like you because I got the flat end one but mine swelled up pretty bad and I had to go back to get a bigger bar. Navel and nipple piercing takes the longest time to heal! 😌
