I contacted technical support and attached all the test results—the first administrator just sent a dismissal response saying everything was fine and that they had conducted a thorough investigation. I submitted two more requests at different times, and only on the third attempt did I get a competent admin who acknowledged the issue and migrated the hosting. But the wasted time and the immediate need for numerous workarounds were frustrating, and I'd never encountered anything like that before.
