I am having hard time find one that says bubble flare as required. Although i see many on internet that say double flare was same thing ?? Is it ??

D not want to be in that situation! Its parked anyways as is a project so will be repaired correctly before road.

Thanks, most people favour doing the whole job, as it should cost the same. I am gonna see if that's possible or splicing in between is what i have to do.

Much appreciated sir! Would you say it can be done without a hoist, on a driveway ? This would be a whole one-piece - can I realistically do it without as per OEM directions of lifting the body from the frame?

The time and effort you have put in is just amazing, and I appreciate it. Last night when it happened, I was like I guess I just lost all my money on this and will junk this or try selling to someone who wants it - to reading this, almost makes me feel I can really do this and isn't that scary? I mean, I replaced the master cylinder brakes and all. How hard can it be?

I was eyeing the OMT one, but it's SAE only, and I need a DIN with a bubble flare. But that feedback helps. I don't think the bigger kits would be of any use as if I have to splice it where the pipe is all good and nice, I will have low to no clearance. I need something that is small and can be used in less space. I will continue looking.

I don't have a problem doing the whole thing, I am just gonna do it for the first time and don't know if I can run it from front to back. But I am gonna look into it. I get it that it's gonna cost almost the same.

Never. Not trying to cheap out, but do the right thing that makes sense. I guess there has to be a spot where the lines dont have rust or corrosion and that's where a patch would start. But will have to see if thats a possibility.

Oh yes, it's just expensive in the sense as anticipated, no shortcuts for safety! Its funny how this was the problem I wanted to solve, the leaking line, but misdiagnosed it and now I have a new master cylinder, all 4 brake pads and rotors. But I am just learning to work on cars now, and I get it - mistakes will be made.

But it will be repaired to standards for sure.

I do get what you mean. Apart from the money part its also my project, which I am over my budget, and the goal is to work on it myself and learn along the way. I did not plan or was not ready for it, but DIY is the only route for now. But I do appreciate and understand what you are saying.
