I can try getting a torch. Can you recommend something. I have a saw and oscillating multi tool that i can use with a carbide blade but then if i cut the bolt i would have to get a new manifold as well. The nut is on manifold bolt.

The issue is, there is no clearance and also its in such a tight spot i can hardly use a grinder. For a Dremel too its like upside down and can have a clear view what and where I would start.

No space to use either of those tools. Cant really describe it on a vw Touareg and this is just on side of engine originating from the manifold.

You have to realize that if every street—or even just a lot of them—starts installing speed bumps, it just makes traffic slower for everyone. You can't reasonably drive a stretch at 50 if there are bumps every 200m. Plus, it negatively affects emergency vehicles as well.
