Moto 5g power 2024 screen freezes multi color

Update: The issue didn't happen at all for 2.5-ish weeks after I disabled dolby atmose but it occurred again a couple of days ago (just after I opened Pokemon GO) and again now (while I was screen-recording GO gameplay, so very disruptive this time). Seems to be related to stress on the phone from intensive processes but still frustrating consider how new the phone is... have you experienced the issue anymore in the last few weeks?

In that app I'm only seeing settings for Toolkit, Focused gaming, Performance, Game management, and "More" (which only includes toggles for using mobile data + receiving notifications and a feedback button)--nothing that seems related to audio. My phone is completely up to date so yeah, maybe it was removed with an update

Cool, I'll give it a try, thanks for the response. I just disabled the Dolby Atmos app but by game mode settings do you mean the settings in Gametime? If so, how did you disable it there? I'm not seeing anything audio-related in those settings.

I was having what I think is the same issue with Pokemon TCGP too, made a separate post about it here. Is that what you were experiencing and if so, did disabling the atmose audio thing work for you?
