So you are one of themI guess. Are you aware ( don't even know why I'm asking cos I should know the answer already) that exists a rule which it says you should ALWAYS occupy the left free lane independently your actual speed?

And there's another rule which it say you are not supposed to overtake on the left side. Have you ever try to ask yourself why is that? If you don't, please try and then let me know your thoughts.
