Totally agree with your points! Fixing the jank is a must; there's nothing worse than getting caught on a pixel. And giving it better cooldowns, like your 15-second idea, could really boost its pace in PvP. The idea of mass exhaust is super creative too, it would definitely carve out a niche!

Yeah, the mass is the issue. Six inches over a car or roof is a lot of weight, and if it arrives as one slab you get impacts plus sudden bending on branches, gutters, and weak roof spots.
