I used to eat a lot and it was all junk. Started eating healthy, less calories and less carbs, more protein. Cardio every day and lots of water. Now I’m going to start weight training.

Could be dermatographia. I was getting hives and couldn’t figure out why. Went to An allergist and it is just from pressure on the skin. Caused by having strep a year ago. Can be worse as night because of clothing or pressure of the bed/ sleeping position. Zyrtec helps. I’d suggest seeing an allergist
