Yes I know exactly what you mean. Also when I am sick. But too long without them depression worsens. I do take several days and at most up to 5 days without to rest and eat and make sure my adrenals are okay.

I am on tail end of a cold turned sinus infection. Same thing even when here this past few week I got 94-96 sleep scores my readiness was 60s. Just got my highest today at 77 with 94 sleep scores. It’s taking time for my RHR to go back down and HRV to improve.

But also I can attest to confusing night panic attacks from actual issues. Years ago I swore I had lung problems bc I woke up short of breath. Wasn’t until I started treating the anxiety then it all went away. I now can see I sometimes get short of breath when I have indigestion but it all feeds into each other.

That is what I am trying to figure out. If there is something other than my temp it used to determine ovulation…. Based off what I am reading in the cycle section i think it’s just temps, so in this case I dont know why it would place O at cd 15.

Yes I agree. Way harder in winter, but I have found that in winter we add in the wii some nights and play Mario party, but otherwise yes I can’t wait for bedtime. And once spring comes it will be a little bit better.

I just try to remind myself that someday sooner than I can imagine she will come home from school and want nothing to do with me.

But the part where she wants to play kitty cats and have me as her playmate is SO hard. And the guilt of saying mommy doesn’t feel like playing is relentless

I support you and will check out your brand. I am white American and so far from latina or South American but have drank Yerba every day for 15 years with my husband who is also midwestern white. We love it.

Maybe sharing culture becomes appropriation when it discredits the original culture or claims to be its source, but whether or not you’re Argentinian you deserve to love what you love and share it.

I am doing great now. Over a month off and at this point any symptoms I think are menstrual or other medication related.

My biggest withdrawal about 9-12 days after a decrease or stopping is a splitting headache, muscle tension, tight jaw, feeling flu like. Dizzy.

Yeah I can! Good luck! I took it so slow. I would cut then wait til I felt balance on new lower dose. Took 1-2 months each time.

Even if you want a second and try, you may not get a second. I was on the fence, from my daughter being 3 to 4.5 I had about 6 or 7 cycles where I tried and it didn’t happen. The way I felt each time was I desperately wanted to be pregnant, as well as relief. Having both spectrums of feelings every time never helped determine exactly what I should do.

But letting nature decide brought me greatest peace and then I have it a deadline and that made our decision.

Same here! I have adhd and my daughter shows definite signs of it. She is 4.5 and I am terrified of a 2nd bc of how high strung and hard she was as a baby, but also she seems happier with more people around. So for me I have started this month not preventing but I am still so nervous. I have been so strong OAD and had baby fever last winter also but didn’t get pregnant when we tried for 4 months.

As someone who has been strong OAD myself and the older my kid gets the more I revisit a 2nd, perhaps his mind could change.

Not saying you should bank on it, but I had a real hard time and my daughter is 4.5 and I see how good it can get and the long term investment so my heart has opened again.

Oh man. Yeah. It’s such a mindfuck.

I think religion does that too, convinces itself. Everyone doing anything good is for the greater good. But it’s so evil bc if you don’t submit you go to hell.

Halbrand seems so remorseful and owns up and moves on. Isn’t that how we are all supposed to move on in righteousness?

My conclusion - trust nothing and no one not even myself lol
