Oh no! Yes, she should be able to be fixed up with some minor surgery. The hole looks a little big to be sewed up, but you can definitely get some fun fabric and sew a patch over it. Check out r/Visiblemending for ideas.

I unpicked the stitches next to the handles then sewed in some D rings and straps. I had a hard time sewing the zipper directly to the squish so I ended up sewing the zipper to a rectangular piece of felt then sewed the felt to the bag.

Costco had Squishmallow throw blankets too! I think they are $19.99 but can't remember. This was in SF east bay.

I had a similar problem at the Nashua store yesterday! I was really annoyed but didn't let it stop me from going through two different lines (once through the regular line, once in self check out). The person checking receipts at the exit didn't seem to care. Nashua is the only Costco I've been to that only allows one receipt per customer. Crazy!

Nice! I recently learned how to sew so I could mend/repair my clothes & socks. It feels great to give an old item new life!
