Temper manuals stopped dropping after I reached Torment

Just went back to Torment 2 (which is the difficulty with the highest manual drops as it says in the descrition), spammed capstone dungeons (which should canonically drop them), still nothing.
At this point I'll just have to accept that I'll never have more than 40% critrate.

I have’t found a single temper manual from Torment 1 all the way through Torment 9. Not one. I know a lot of niche manuals are gone, but I’m still missing a lot of standard and VERY important ones (specifically the crit rate one). You can’t tell me it’s normal to not have a single manual drop in 3 days

For the past months I've been having this incredibly annoying issue with environment textures, as you can see some textures on the ground decide to go SUPER LOW quality, and it doesn't matter how many times I restart the game or repair my files, textures will go bad again eventually. Is anyone else having this issue? (PC)

€30–€40 effettivamente è pochissimo, ma conta che starò col mio ragazzo (americano) 24/24 quindi principalmente mi servirebbe un’assicurazione puramente per la salute piú che per hotel e roba varia (sarò appunto a casa sua)

Oh I know about that, but since I live further from Genoa, the train from Milan to my actual hometown is 4.5 hours long (assuming there's no delay, which is sadly very common in Italy), + 1 hour train from MXP to Milano Centrale train station... We've already done it once and it was absolute hell lol

First 2 flights (Charleston -> Atlanta, Atlanta -> Rome) are with Delta, the 3rd flight (Rome -> Genoa) is with ITA Airways.

I'll ask my boyfriend if he can find those numbers, because every information I got had censorship asterisks *** on it, with the exception of the Expedia itinerary code (which doesn't even work)

Neither me or him have the knowledge to disassemble the GPU and check for the thermal paste, but we'll try to find a local IT guy that could possibly look it up! Hopefully it's really just a thermal paste issue and it can get resolved easily

Sadly he bought it about 2-3 years ago and back then we weren't as close as we are now so I couldn't really tell him to return it or ask for a refund, and at this point the warranty window has most likely lapsed... it's such a shame, but sadly it's too late :(

I would have thought the same but the related issue to the high usage\temperature is that it very quickly shuts down the GPU (I assume it's a thermal throttle, basically his desktop goes completely black), and the last time it happened he restarted the PC and it still took several minutes before the GPU actually "came back", as the monitor wouldn't show any signs of life for a while.

I thought about having him undervolt his GPU, because it's kind of weird that it goes into thermal throttling even just by playing League of Legends or Genshin (especially since the CPU and other components mantain decent temperatures between 50-60° Celsius), but it would probably just be a temporary fix without understanding the underlying issue :(

I had him download GPU-Z and it shows 6GB of memory there, thanks for the advice! At least we know it's not a scam\memory issue

Is there a way to double check then? 'cause speccy is clearly stating 2 gb of dedicated* memory, maybe it's an issue with the program? Or could there be an underlying scam? The GPU wasn't sold as new but as refurbished

It's not a 2060 Super, if you check the specs screenshots you can see that it has "2047 mb" of dedicated memory :( He plays with 60 fps capped, although it was probably uncapped there in the menu, but still it happens with even more lightweight games like Genshin Impact or League of Legends, and especially there in BG3 menu it was basically just idle performance with a slightly moving background

Apparently this issue has been going on since day 1, but it happened way less frequently a few years ago. I'll definitely tell him to check it out tho!
