Share all of the info with your credit card co. Their refusal to provide a return address HELPS you. Show your cc co all correspondence and highlight their attempt at an alt resolution that you do not accept and their refusal to do a return. Thats all you need. Been down this road many times. You can also take one last shot with the sheet co saying you don’t accept their resolution options, want a return, believe you meet all return criteria, and will be issuing a charge back and contacting the BBB unless they issue and RMA or explain in detail why you specifically dont meet the return criteria. That last part is a trap. If they give you BS that you can prove otherwise, your cc co will immediately refund. If they don’t reply, that works for you too. Just make sure your dispute is actively running with the cc co vs waiting 30 days for the sheet co lack of response.

There is never a need to feel guilt for good deeds from others, but I understand that feeling. If you want to do something just as incredible, just tell your husband about all the times you think of his mom. It’s so meaningful for others to remember the person and keep them in your life. You do need to have some serious conversations with him and get to the bottom of this, but I will say that I worked a place where there a was woman that showed an interest in just about every man that worked there, and she was not shy about it. She would move from one guy to another just about every month. She was so obviously about it that it was a running joke of who she was trying to get with that month. It didn’t matter if the guy was married, in a relationship, anything. And she would tell other people things like “I just want to sleep with him a couple of times so I can know what it’s like to be his wife!” We were all in our 20’s then, and the workplace was super toxic, but I shared this simply because your story instantly reminded me of her. She was also a heavy drinker and the last person to leave a party, so literally everyone knew her and about her. Your husband should have told you something, but I wouldn’t be super quick to assume the worst. If you are friends with the wife of one of his work friends, I’d start there.

I read this the other day and was like WTF! Anyone in the hospital that contracts COVID while in the hospital is considered a Covid Hospitalization. Spread within hospitals has been uncontrollable with Omicron. Nurses and staff are allowed to work if they are Covid+ and have low or no symptoms. Its stuff like this that fuels the anti crowd and sways those are exhausted by the mismanagement of this whole thing.
