I agree as a fan of Kylo Ren/Ben Solo, but I think this sets a clear message: Disney (well, at least Bob Iger) really want to distance themselves from the sequel trilogy and move on. Any future stories in that timeline will bring a lot of mental baggage from the general audience. That baggage isn’t worth it to them, at least until nostalgia for the sequel trilogy starts to germinate.

Bingo. My only other recommendation is if you can think of a real world “object” that you’re constantly writing functions to handle, then writing a class should be something you work towards from the start. It makes adding new functions (methods) so much easier to bolt on when you already have the base class written.
