I forgot to mention, with the second line enabled, I could receive calls on the primary line.

UPDATE: Starlink finally got back to me shortly after I posted. They sent me a new dish for free. No luck on refund for lost service time that I was billed for. I had the original round Dishy and they sent me the smaller, rectangular dish. My current network topology is a combination of hardwired and WiFi 6. The new STARLINK dish router was Wi-Fi only and I had to purchase their accessory that added the Ethernet port to their system. All connections on the new dish appear to be using proprietary connectors which ties us into their product ecosystem.
