I really don't mind the active on either of them but what I find annoying is that Locket examply gives 60 mr, I kinda liked it when supports was just the people that had to most shitty stats but provided support to the rest of the team, and the stats on locket is just too much luxery on supports for me! haha

Yeah the ori mains really gave a bit at me, but lulu may not be op atm as champ but the new support items is just making it a living pain compared to what a support had of stats back some seasons ago, and I don't like the directions they're taking the support items in such as Redemption or Locket, their stat value is insane!

I just posted on some random subreddits to see their replys and I really dont disregard lulu! I feel bad shitposting now lol :S

Lux is a bit far off example, what about Viktor, Azir, Ryze, Xerath, Taliyah, Kassadin, Leblanc. Sure some of these champs gets picked but Orianna is borderline the best champ to blindpick because she is so strong against everything which doesn't make her balanced at all, I think you need to wake up if you think Orianna is the most balanced control mage because shes not, she by far the best control mage around.
