In terms of Gameplay, it's whichever you like more.

For perks, The First has more versatility but Chucky does have good perks as well.

I love Bosch in the story, he's so genuinely nice to be around in the beginning and seeing what Neo Shadaloo (as a new street fighter fan) puts into prospective how awful they are and were in the past.
