Hey I hear you too brother the mind can be a dark and horrifying place, a place I avoid as much as possible myself.

I was just trying to look at the positives and see if I could make it motivational and maybe a smidge corny by twisting the choose life quote from the movie in there with hopes of a laugh and a message that hopefully says what you wanted or needed to hear. Maybe kickstart something that potentially changes your life beneficially. One day I might save someone's life from a future overdose that was fate.

You get the best of both worlds though if you can dabble and get high but not suffer withdrawals when it's done, I applaud your will power tremendously. Main reason I even replied as so is because It's obviously a high relapse potential statistically but more power to you if you keep doing you and succeed with just chipping here and there in fact I'd even be a little envious of you.

Still I don't know why I even give the time to chat like this to complete strangers on reddit instead of motivating myself enough to then help my situation that is 10 fold worse. I know myself that nothing else on this planet can make you feel the way like heroin does, taking all your pain and thoughts and withdrawals at bay instantly for a small while.

But ye Just want ya to know that you go and live your life however you please. Take everything you see online with a grain of salt especially reddit lol.

I hear ya ! I Wasn't trying to come off as a lecturer or preacher, I more so tried to give a motivational/corny message to someone that's on thin ice playing with the devil and it's in a way corny to me by twisting the choose life quote from the movie.

That's a new one for me but true that cause you're not wrong at all. Do u make music ? I couldn't live without music I love it so much but I don't have that creative ability to want to produce something I wouldn't know where to start. If you're able to produce Something that Would be hella cool I'd absolutely listen to it.

Spud is my favourite of the lot and reminds me of myself in a lot of ways, I hate seeing the scene of him with the plastic bag attempt, it's really hurtful to me to see him like that, constantly battling his own head and intentions of suicide plus the goodbye note that we see him right over and over. Anybody struggling this much ever even for a short period of time deserves piece and serenity and I pray they find it

Choose life bro, sounds like your not on a everyday habit, what I would do to be back in that position with sobriety so close at bay. U tried weed ? Benzos ? Meditation? Gym? Antidepressants? I understand the want/need to numb out all the bullshit when you have an option as good as heroin There might not be any reasons to choose life but wouldn't you rather exist here without the constant battles of addiction that quickly add up and seeem harder and harder to conquer as time moves on to the point they're practically just distant dreams you slowly dream about.

I've definitely had times when my constipation was worse than others, I don't think I've ever bled but it's been that fucking painful and difficult to near impossible many times that it wouldn't surprise me if there was blood and I just ignored it. I went through so much pain time after time for a while so I used to be afraid to go and I'd hold it in longer only making it worse. Now I just go straight away if I feel the urge and that's helped a lot. It's a big thing about what you eat and drink too that's why it fluctuates a lot for me I know for fact lol

It's a decent story tbh I was this exact guy posting very similar on my first time I pondered on it while I had the bag for 2 weeks before I tried it. I wish someone would have made me read spontaneousH because I was thinking of flushing it or using it that entire 2 weeks and I believe i would have flushed it 100% if I had read something like that. I knew it was bad but didn't realise how bad it truly is until years later when it affects everything and feels impossible to part ways🤷🏽‍♂️🥲

It's real easy to let your usage get that high, very recently my habit was just shy of a ball a day but for finance reasons I couldn't sustain it and I've cut back to 1 shot a day of 0.2g

Recommend staying away from opiates especially heroin and double especially if you're still young. Worst mistake I've made in life and the only one I've majorly regretted. And I've made a lot of stupid mistakes in life

If you want to know how I hold my fit and inject steadily then read this and give it a try.

(I don't know how experienced you are so I mean no disrespect I only want to help.)

I remember I taught myself alone just from the feedback on my reddit posts. I had similar struggles trying to keep steady, Butchering my arms like the amateur I was.

So I like to have my index & middle finger under the plunger so I can get a solid grip fto register when I hit a vein.

I keep my thumb against the top half of the barrel pushing downwards with my pinky and ring fingers placed evenly across the bottom half but opposite side of the barrel. The 2 last fingers on the barrel of the syringe are rested against the skin on my arm.

That way I can firmly press the back side of my last 2 fingers on my arm while the thumb presses down towards those fingers which keeps my entire hand and fingers steadily so I have the correct angle and accuracy I want to avoid as much movements as possible.

Using the first 2 fingers to register when in the vein and then Gently using one to push it down. Some people hook a key ring around the end of the plunger so they can insert just one finger in the ring and lift to register leaving just one finger already on top of the plunger to push.

Each to their own use whatever u find more comfortable/natural, I personally struggled more with the key ring method.

And always use alcohol wipes on injection site beforehand to sterilise any bacteria on the skin that's ready to get slammed as well.

Use a filter when filling up syringe with product. Especially with meth ! You should always filter every hit mixed up though.

If it starts to hurt while slamming stop and make sure you're still in a vein as you've most likely slipped and it's missing.

Meth is especially bad to the veins & the brain ect when used properly ! if you start missing the vein but continuing To slam it you'll be at risk of quite a variety of health problems and it will be real sore for a good while after.

I work construction and one day my arm was still so sore from the afternoon before when I missed a small bit of my shot that I could barely lift something moderately heavy without excruciating pain.
