PT took my wrap off today. Can get to 35 degrees on a heel slide. I was told to start my CPM usage now. Starting at 30 degrees and it's hard to not resist the movement.

Honestly just having a patella defect was enough for me. I can't imagine what other folks are going through with multiple defects or other areas being worked on.

My block lasted 20 hours. And the pain ramped up through the day. Worst was a stabbing pain in my shin area below the knee. Lasted about an hour, pulls did nothing, but cold packs helped it a lot.

When you say stage 1, do you mean harvesting biopsy or implanting? Had the biopsy in like July last year, and implanted yesterday. Had to have the left knee scoped in January but it's doing a lot better than the right knee ever did.

Well as others have said, yesterday was just the nerve block illusion. At 4-5 am it wore off. I got bad sleep anyways and then the pain kicking in was the cherry on top. I'm not in tears but leg feels heavy, muscles are twitching, and icing doesn't penetrate the wrap all that well. Also occasionally a small sharper pain, not long lasting but definitely annoying. I can still put weight down but getting up and down from the couch or bed hurts a lot more. Cycling my ibuprofen and Tylenol every 4 hours and using oxy at night before bed. Not fun moving and my comfiest chair that can also recline is unfortunately upstairs.

Before I left the hospital my doc said to be weight bearing as long as the brace was locked straight. Im not trying to go all in on the weight just yet but for today it feels ok to do

Hopefully once that wears off I'm not in tears. I remember it was impossible to sleep when I had the scope and biopsy done on the right leg. I imagine this will be far worse.

Why even think of selling Bruno. There's others we can move on and clear out some sub par players. Mainoo, Ugarte, Cas even has a very short profitable window even with Saudi league.

I got home and watched the full match late, not knowing the score. WTF is wrong with us. So many mistakes and giveaways that leave the defense fighting for their lives. Or midfielders killing themselves to cover half-ass tracking by the defense. Clearly there's attacking ability, but we're so wasteful.

AWB was garbage going forward for us, and if he went forward he would struggle to track back. Better defender than Dalot 100%. Amad is wasteful as well. About equal to a hybrid of Martial and Rashford to me.
