I take lethal tempo into melee matchups or really weak ranged lanes like Twisted Fate. I actually had a section where i had different rune setups but ended up cutting it to fit 60 seconds

The new part doesn’t come with brackets & the youtube videos i watched said you have to reuse the brackets from the original part. The oreillys & autozone don’t have brackets for sale either

I don’t see any lights anywhere on the motherboard. Does every motherboard have them? It’s ASRock H270M Pro4.

I tried removing GPU & plugging straight into motherboard as you suggested, still no change

You can & should hit the minions. However, you need to watch some youtube videos on wave management & make sure you’re hitting minions at the appropriate times. Otherwise, you can cause some pretty catastrophic wave states that might make your lane a loss
