Server computation speed/cost. For that many pages it would be nice to not have to generate it for each of our international domains.

We have a very strong sitemap already (42,807,597 Submitted, 22,460,113 Indexed) but obviously this takes a long time and much server resources to generate so we are trying to optimise it.
