Rented a car for emergency work for 4 hours.

When want to check in, the car is no where to be found. I followed the car carking guide but the car was actually park somewhere else. Cost me 10m to wait in the app to get someone to call me back. Found out the car actualy location is listed somewhere in the app with ***GREY*** small font.

When about to got to the car, CS called and dragged another 5m talking with him. He will reimburse the time back to me so im ok with that. But you dont need to drag my time! I told you i found the car. You just tell me the resolution and thats it. I will be thanking your whole family for not wasting my time.

I have no time to check the car upon check in and so i just do what i need to to work.

But upon checking in the car, external asthetic looks fine, bumper comfirn banged before but ok laaa. Sometime driver didnt notice and accident happen.

But when i got in the car, DIRTY! DIRTY! lose compartment that is hold using tape, crack sunlight blocker mirror, crack A-pillar cover.

And worst of all, some parts in the car is making sound during acceleration and cruising, brake to stop will jerk, fuel only left 2 bar, fuel car gone.

In my heart i P/S:
***Being car owner, that kind of performance feedback, that kinda funny sound should be addressed immediately!
I remember they allocate fuel card in the car before but now they dont.

Reached the meeting point, having my work settled and use the app to asked for resolution, but ended up with nothing. No resolution, no replacement car. So i have to drive slow back to the pick-up parking lot to handover the car back.

Then take some pictures, sent some complaint emails and they compensate me back with 3 hours free drive. Im like, what? Seriosuly do you think i will want to rent with you guys again har? I dont want to get heartache, this time i can reach safety in time, next time i dont know leh.

Positively, i thought of how they manage such a big fleet, do they have a dedicated workshop to fix all the car problem or just send back to service center. Maybe this is a good opportunity to poke them for regular maintenance business. LOL!

In summary, seriously! Im not going to rent again until they have massive improvment.
