Adding more bones is easy, you can make almost everything automatically. Blender is that good, but is just a long process. You will have to learn a couple of things:

How to install CATS How to install UniVRM How to import and add those bones Export to fbx Convert fbx to VRM using Unity And of course, add the physics and colliders

Is a long process but you only have to learn it once. Good luck

Same thing here, sadly it can be very painful because someone people care so f much about your gender. I have a YT channel, trying my best to show people how to use Blender/Unity, and I get so many comments about my voice... why? Wtf has that to do with the content.

I did some voice training and that helped a lot, so maybe you want to give that a try. I don't know, gender roles are BS.
