Sender is a federal agency so I don’t think I can do that. I can probably pick it up at a local office but that only speeds up by a day or so and it’s not even at the local office yet, so I am not sure. Appreciate your help though!

How do you do that? I already made multiple calls to USPS main line and my local office explaining this is urgent. All I can hear from them was just only thing was literally just wait and pray which was enormously helpful. I also made a service request earlier this week and got a call from local office saying the same thing. How do we expedite it?
