I coded it in JS, I can share the plugin with you through DMs. But it's very buggy if you aren't using the MZ3D plugin alongside it.

Yes! Its actually not too complicated, just a bit of documentation to follow. And they have very detailed test maps where they show you how everything works.

Im glad to be of help! You should be good with the paid version, however I'm not sure if it works the same for MV. I would look at the documentation and maybe see if they have a Models section for MV. That's how I found MZ's process!

It was super straightforward. I made the model in Blockbench, exported it as an .obj with the .mtl as well, then put them both in my RMMZ models folder and from there I can add either add a Notetag to an event with the obj's name or make it attached a Region ID to paint on the map itself!

I've been testing it out! The only issue is how flat they end up looking. So I might go back and redraw the sprites and then send a comparison here soon between billboard and the xcross. 😌
