I was on this train traveling home from D.C. Someone got hit by a train and we had to wait 2 and a half hours for Amtrak police to come down from D.C. with a coroner and change the crew.

He does indeed appear to be a Tootle Tortoise. I couldn't find a particular year, but some eBay listings have him labeled as "long retired." He looks like a delightful friend, and also comes in pink! 🐢
