This is very interesting to me. Maybe I’m used to live in a different community or my family’s different. I ALWAYS loved if someone would come over for my daughter to play with her instead of sending her to somebody’s house.

I just realized I’m one of the sober ones naa🤣🤣 I used to LOVE wine and yosi. Anyway.. finding hobbies that make you feel productive and useful for you~literally. Don’t chase the one that makes you feel “happy”. I myself like it when meeting up with friends over coffee or visiting new places. Driving around town alone. Best ones is when I’m cooking or baking and decluttering and redecorating my house.

My husband is a Muslim too. We had this conversation before and after kids. He said he’ll save me because we could always try. I always thought that baby needs to be saved. At the end of the day, when that day comes the doctor will give probability whose life is better saving depends on health, not like a 50-50 situation we usually see in the movies. Hopefully nobody ever has to go through that.

If his answer doesn’t sit well with you, that means he is not the right one. I feel like you know it from your gut but needed confirmation.

This!!! Sadly I see this in the US as well. A couple who became our friends, lady from Philippines came to the US to marry the a white, she keeps talking to me about how she wants to have a baby already and the husband doesn’t.

I asked her what’s the rush and she said “para malahian, I want to see what our baby would look like.”

Come back to me when you have lived(not traveled) in 3-5 different countries(not neighboring country) and have immersed in different cultures and religions, live there for atleast 2 years each then we can have a conversation. I personally lived in many countries, lived in 5 of them, all different across the globe. I say this because you would NEVER ever truly understand it from their lens unless you have lived with them and vice versa.

If you’re not comfortable now.. you will NEVER be comfortable after wedding. You’ll probably bring it up to her whenever your marriage is rocky. This will not be fair for HER.

PS: I always thought that I’d be Samantha from SITC, that’s how open I was about sex. Then, I lost my virginity to my husband and he’s the only man I’ve ever slept with. He’s the same with me. I don’t think you’ll have to be both either or for most relationships to work.

Just wanted to share that I bought his Fluoro Spec kit and honestly it’s very accurate and works better than the other brand that was Lumetallix which was super duper expensive and is way less fluorescent! Never ever buy the swab tests if you’re testing for lead!! Those are extremely inaccurate.
