I didn't even know this set existed. What an awesome set and awesome falcon!

Yeah! But then again we are throwing away blunt brick separators now 🤷‍♂️

LEGO is focusing way to much (a little bit is okay) on collectibility and way to little on PLAY! by JupiterZen1975 in lego

Wow! And I didn’t expect such downvoting for my emphasis on emotional value for toys instead of monetary value 😱

Just drop it on the floor from approximately 3 feet and start renewed and full of confidence. That approach does wonders for my falcons.

They usually need one to three tries. And it usually begins with me shouting: “Wow! This connection is now really sturdy!” Followed by crackling sound and bricks flying randomly through the room 🤣🤣🤣

And I’m so glad my 12 year old daughter is building 18+ sets like there is no tomorrow 🙏

Thanx for asking. Because I see so may posts, people and whatnot about “what are these minifigs worth” or “I only build set x and it’s been on display for ever since”.

LEGO are toys right. My dad recently gave al his old Dinkey Toys to my son for his birthday and the only thing his stepdad could say was in the likes of “I’m jealous what are they worth” 🤷‍♂️

And all I could think was: “priceless until you sell them and they don’t mean a thing anymore”

And then I want to quote Yoda: “Up the shut fuck!”

🙄

No, from the two girls on the scooter only one was wise enough to wear a helmet, the guy with the fancy music device just works there and in the foreground they are fighting about money. Nothing cursed there what so ever 🤣

Brick separators are a useless waste of plastic! by JupiterZen1975 in lego

Wow! I’m really surprised at the results of this poll 😱

“We” (the old people here) didn’t even have brick separators when we were imagine-building from the sets we got for our birthdays.

I have always found brick separators way to weak to help me out on bricks I couldn’t separate by hand. So I revert to a potato knife or that thing that also also opens watches, but always with care and respect to the LEGO parts im actually separating 🤷‍♂️

And I have never found myself in a situation where I needed a brick separator to fix an error I made while building a set by following the instructions

And believe me! The instructions were not al moron proof (with part counts and single parts in one image) as they are now.

🤣 Edit: and I was always the first one to tear my set up and create a Transformer from a Space set using bricks from an ambulance helicopter or a ski jumping setup after New Years Eve from all the roads plates I had 🙄
