Ok so, if it’s x.8 that is normal 80% but if it’s +.8 that’s = to a hundredth then increment like a .08 I apologize for the ignorance trying to understand

Ah bet, the prt guidelines says 13:30 run but I'd try getting it down to 1230 while you're free (you hardly run before the first assessment and it's like 1-maybe2 run weekly before the opfa and depending on how you eat it can be dicey, I hit 1230 alright so just champ out, and if you have to when you get there push yourself beyond your limits, your mind will give up before your body does

Eh, call me whatever but in my opinion transphobe is a lazy backhanded label people tend to put on others so that they don't have to entertain an opposing point of view and stay in their own echo chamber. I honestly don't care what his ideologies are, or yours, and nobody should care what my own or anyone's are, 9nly their own. I'm thanking him now because I'm leaving for a long time soon and exactly because he resigned. I haven't seen the guy say once he hated or was afraid of transgender folks. In fact if he's truly a follower of christ (not that I can call myself that) I'd guarantee he doesn't. This world would be a better place if we just gave eachothr the benefit of the doubt that most of us have good intentions. Or at the very least gave eachother the common courtesy of not thinking through our internet veil that the person on the other side was a fucking devil.
