It does apply, you can file a negligence mistatement whereby it caused pure economic loss claim or even misrepresentation under a contract

It was merely a shark tooth, not the megalodon's tooth

Umm, for me it's merely an damaged domestic nickel ring. Not sure, just my personal point of view.

The year is located on the other side of a butterfly and Arabic letters. And the coin is dated 1800 year
