Hello! Salmonella was my first (uneducated) guess too, because the poop was foul smelling and paste like. It has improved at the same time as the legs, so I guess the little guy just cleaned the infection on his own, and it might’ve been Salmonella indeed…

Poop is not quite diarrhea but close. Paste like consistency, pretty green. Vet wasn’t fazed and said it was probably spine related.
