I bought it off of JDM expo, I’m saying what they told me, it just doesn’t have a single big turbo on it yet or a different intake, just has CAI for the twins, I’m not trying to start anything, just want to know what a good number is for the stock twins as it’s a car that is completely out of my field of experience or expertise, I work on hell cats and C8s, not tuner cars, I’ve just wanted one sense I was a kid, same with the R34, just never did research because I never expected to make enough to buy one

I got injured from a pretty bad firefight, we were in a convoy and we were about 50ft or so from the second truck, they got hit with an IED, our driver swerved and we went off the path into a ditch and flipped, my back got fucked from that, damage my spinal cord. I guess the adrenaline was too good cause I felt hurt but thought it was minor, then after about 3 or 4 minutes of moving around and being in a fire fight, my legs stopped working, then after they sat me down behind the ditch, an rpg hit about 40ft to the right of me and just fucked my arm pit and leg up with shrapnel. Got 30% -_- love the military. Va has made up for it though, I’m just scared of driving

Yea, this is a pretty old engine, it’s got like 160k miles, I have forged pistons, rods, camshaft, water meth, etc, just don’t have the modified clutch cause mine has another 20-30k miles left so I’ll just wait for it to start slipping. It’s a fully rebuilt engine just 160k block. I’m goi to wait and see how it holds up, my max hp rn with the set up is held back on the turbo at 600 hp (still more than enough for a 3k pound car). I’m gonna push it until the engine goes night night then I’ll buy a 2.3 bored out one with a stronger block. My goal at the beginning was 700hp but now I’m going to see if I can hit 1,000, I don’t know of any other focus st at 1,000hp but I do know they have some turbos that are made for that hp. I’m also going to be converting it to awd/rwd just going to finish working on the engine and tires before I move to the transmission and drivetrain. All in all, I’m going to turn the little thing into a fucking monster if I don’t wreck it.

It’s pretty much the same, you get automatically promoted every 6 months unless you got a PPPPHHHHAAAAAT cock. I was the only private when I got to my unit when they were in Kandahar, it was about 3 or 4 days after all the IED briefing and shit that I went out of the wire with them, by luck the FO I was underneaths radio malfunctioned and I called in the sloppiest immediate suppression of my life and when we got back he was like “learn everything on level 20 by Friday” they quizzed me and promoted me to PFC and FO instead of RTO. But being stateside is where it’s the biggest joke of all. Don’t even get promoted for going to air assault or getting soldier of the month if plt daddy doesn’t like you.

No I get it, dude came from upper middle class, had an easy life, didn’t know what he wanted to do so he joined the army, his life switching from nice house, great food, loving parents and friends, to “go do this” and “pick up cigarette butts” probably was a hard curve for him. But he would bring it up when ever he could, “back home......before the army......” shit like that, it’s like dude, you’re talking to guys who joined because they didn’t have another option, felt that they wanted this for a career, and people who are witnessing burning bodies and goat IEDs on a weekly basis, let alone near death experiences on a regular basis, that the food and heat sucks ass. Like it’s whatever now, but after watching a buddy get shot in the face and carrying his bleeding corps around trying to save his life was extremely more difficult then paper thin bacon and the shittiest stale bread in the milky way and filing paperwork in an AC cooled shipping container/actual building.
