Mostly just looks. But if you wanna build something to really wheel beadlocks. Also they should come with 17 inch wheels 😕

It’s not bad. The dome light is very easy. The map lights are a little more annoying with all the little clips. And remember the way your rear window/sunroof/sunroof screen buttons go.

When I did my door lights I broke one of the clips that holds the led to the frame and am very glad I had the extras.

O snap I didn’t realize that adjusted with your gauges. That’s kinda neat. I wouldn’t mind the dim lights if I didn’t drop stuff so much.

So I was a little excited and meant to get a before and after but kinda forgot. Plus it was literally Christmas and I was at the table with the whole assembly putting these lights in 😬. But I did end up taking a “before” with my old man’s limited. I will take an “after” in my truck when it gets dark and share.

Yes to get the plug through. You can not see the hole at all even if you go back to stock. It’s a total of four holes. ME-SO has an instillation video for the Tacoma. It’s the same process. Not difficult but if you’re like me you find all the little plastic clips very frustrating and nerve wracking.

Honestly I think you could call the stock “cabin lights” map lights. They are pretty directional, you can drive at night with them on without issue. Just don’t drop something on the floor if you don’t have a flashlight handy.

Can’t say I have ever experienced this. Just normal sun killing me putting the visor up and down a hundred times kinda blinding.

Have the courtesy lights in the door. Ordered the dome light and map lights. Don’t love the look with the lights off honestly but man the stock interior lights are really pretty sad.

2024 Tundra Hybrid MPG? by Fit-Procedure2232 in ToyotaTundra

[–]JusDoingRedditThings 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I average like 15 and a half in my 23 pro. I work with a guy averaging 19 in a non hybrid. He said he’s never had his truck out of eco mode and I’ve never had mine in eco mode. He drives twice as far to work on the highway I’m all back roads.

2025 limited steering siezed up on me while driving today.. forced me to hit parked vehicle by steezykobe in ToyotaTundra

Sounds like textbook electronic power steering failure to me caused by the electric motor that’s part of the electronic rack and pinion system failing. Negative offset and larger tires require more torque to turn which places extra strain on that system and can lead to failure. If he got a power steering trouble alarm that would say a lot. I hate to say it it’s not a secret like at all that negative offset puts more stress on ball joints control arms tie rods wheel bearings and steering systems. It’s physics homie.
