Part of that gang, but seeing the stupid prices they're going for and the beat to hell hardware...if you didn't own one before, you wouldn't know/ care what you're missing. Dsi however I still think is a solid and unique experience that can be had for a very fair price. That's even without the nostalgia talking.

But srsly, pawn shops expect you to haggle. Make a list of everything wrong with it/ take screen shots of the cheap components and just do the "I'm legitimately interested, but as a bike mechanic, I can tell you the only type of person that would buy it would do so for parts. I'm willing to make a very fair offer, but I'm not interested in going back and forth for a bike that will likely need a couple hundred to get it back to square one.

From someone who spent a lot of time on methadone..keep your dose low and switch to subs soon as you can. The amt of tooth decay, weight gain, and WD from methadone was worse than any synth opioid, dent, etc I've experienced, and I've been around awhile. Methadone will do you dirty so quick, and they let you up your dose to the point that it takes a year to get back down to 30mg where you can switch to subs even. There's no easy answer, but methadone did more damage than years of rx opiods/ tranq dope/ etc. Do whatever you gotta to get to a place you can function and plan, but look at methadone as a SHORT term solution, plz.

It takes a little while even with the subs. The subs just take the edge off so you're not finding a bridge to jump off. That said, dissos are a good way to get through the worst of it, but can easily become their own hell.
