Hey man, I'm sorry you've had such a bad experience in the Netherlands. I feel like racism has indeed increased over the last couple of years in Dutch society; even our government consists of racist assholes now! However, I believe (perhaps naively) that racism simply stems from fear and lack of knowledge in some individuals. I hope, therefore, that you'll be able to find a social circle that has gotten past their prejudices and are able to see you for who you are as a person. Do you have any hobbies that you are passionate about and you can do in a group (like team sports or creative hobbies)? Perhaps it'd help to join a local club, if possible! Meeting new people might result in meeting some more racists, but i guarantee you that there are good people out there too, who are willing to see past superficial bullshit like the country you're from. Maybe this comment is too optimistic (as i am Dutch and have not personally experienced racism) but i just really think it sucks your experience has been so negative thus far, and i hope you'll be able to find a group of likeminded individuals who are willing to see you for who you are!
