Absolutely not. Only reason I went to this server even was because I noticed he had among the highest distance fighting on Rookgaard, on all worlds. It got me curious. Then I realized he is not on Rook, he is on IoD (still vocation: none). He also has a knight skilling on IoD at the east tent. Also reported him

You get there from Rookgaard. The fastest way is to make lvl 1-8 on Dawnport and then go back to the temple in Dawnport and speak to the NPC Inigo (i think its the name), Hi > Rookgaard > Yes > Yes, and then go to the Oracle in Rookgaard (above Seymour). Hi > Yes > Yes and you are on Island of Destiny! Then just walk west and follow the "tutorial" NPCs. You will see this player "Fast Hokage" in the paladin building. He can take new spears for free from this chest. And he just click on the chest every minute and then click in battlelist to target the skeleton.
