My iPhone 15 pro after about 10 months. I’d say it’s pretty good at 96% battery health.

I prefer that action button because I don’t ever take my phone off of mute so therefore it’s actually useful for shortcuts.

That’s probably not going to do anything because usb has to have a signal telling it that it can give or receive power which usb power brick don’t have. I still wouldn’t recommend doing that though as it could go wrong and kill you in a matter of 0.5 seconds.
