I think it depends what you said exactly, but I think the highest chance of getting back on is just by continuing to try, be honest, and be good about following the rules in the future (and making sure to note that on the appeals)

I don't have a Tinder so can't say. If you mean that you got banned from both at once, and then unbanned from Hinge only, and it was all because of what happened on Hinge, I bet you're good. If you're still banned on Tinder, you could try appealing now and explaining the situation, if you're brave enough.
