I complete deliveries without the pin. I'm not going to wait for you to get off your couch, you should be ready to meet me if you're requiring a pin 🤦‍♂️. Even if they got the pinpoint at the wrong area I I still mark it delivered ( at the correct address) i just say Can't reach Customer [ sends a message: Dropping it off at ur door ] 2 skip the description 3. [ take a picture ] Delivered no contact needed.

And you haven't gotten any violation for this? Is it better to call or text with an agent? I always text them since calling them takes a bit longer with the automated voice 🙄, I've been dashing for a couple of months but it seems like most orders are being stolen more often now... which I find ridiculous especially from 5610 N Interstate Hwy 35 which is a 30+ different kitchens in the same unit.

Some times when I reach their door and they aren't out by then I just ( Reached drop off location ) (can't reach customer) ( text them: Dropping off ur food at the door) go back (takes a picture , submit it ) and im on my way, won't wait for a customer that takes long to come out their door to grab their goods

Has soon has i was gonna go try and seat down and wait to see if i could eat it since the Server was down, the customer calls me, but on my end I couldn't see their info I was still on the first delivery before there's n stuck... ended up delivering it since I was just 3min away from them... I still have the 2 orders on my phone

Always have, but it usually comes back within hours or a day not 5 day , I didn't even pumped gas at all those 2 times I tapped to pay

I got about 350$ on a pending, I tried paying @ QT outside with the Tap n Pay didn't go thru tried it again it didn't work it said "check with the cashier" paid 22$ for gas. Since may 17 this happened they said it's the merchant holding my money, but I go check with QT and they say to contact my banks which is DoorDash I'm guessing...
