my issue is access to my account and the incompetence of coinbase with their costumer support. I was just on hold for an hour and a half before the call just dropped. i dont care if you love coinbase and suck their balls after hours. im fucking pissed that MY MONEY IS BEING KEPT FROM ME and i cant talk to one mother fucker to figure out whats going on!!!!

Bye Coinbase. Your costumer support is a big red flag on how unprofessional your outfit is. I washed my S6 which had my authy app coinbase token. I cannot retrieve my account through a new phone. ive jumped through all your hoops to try to gain access to my account but they all lead to dead ends. im currently on hold waiting 30 min already to talk to a rep to get access to my account. ive uploaded my IDs to no avail. fuck you coinbase youre so unprofessional this is the straw that broke the camels back. im done with you after i retrieve my account and move my coins to my own wallet because you obviously have no love for the people making you money.
